Registration

In our webshop - for technical reasons - you can buy only after registration/login, but this does not mean you would have to enter more data to buy than without registration. This ensures that you get a VAT-free invoice by declaring your EU VAT number.

Prices

Prices shown are net euro prices (plus VAT). Customers who are not registered in Hungary and have a valid EU tax number do not pay VAT. In case of an EU Customer, a valid EU tax number is always needed for getting a VAT-free invoice.

Customers registered or living outside the EU do not have to pay VAT, but please inquire about possible entry costs (e.g. customs) in your own country.

Payment methods

The ordered goods will be delivered after prepayment or online payment by credit card.

In any case, please check whether the bank account number recorded in your system - possibly years earlier - matches the account number provided.

After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. Your order will be processed the same or next business day. As soon as we receive your transfer or a notification of your payment by credit card, we will process your order.

We will email you the invoice as a PDF document.

Online bank card payments are made through Barion's system. The bank card data will not reach the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt., which provides the service, is an institution under the supervision of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, license number H-EN-I-1064/2013.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Our contractual partner is the GLS. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties and fees apply to the customer. Information on delivery times is generally non-binding unless a specific delivery time has been expressly agreed in writing.

The goods must be checked for transport damage immediately after receipt by the customer or his representative. Any transport damage that can be determined must be reported immediately to Digit by email (order@digit.hu). The customer must have packaging damage confirmed in writing by the transport company upon acceptance of the goods. Claims for damages against Digit due to non-performance or delay are excluded, provided there is no intent or gross negligence.

Quality

The quality of the products made available by Digit is guaranteed by their respective manufacturers. Any defective products received by customers will be replaced by Digit as soon as possible.

If you have any problem with the product you purchased from Digit, please write an error report to service[at]digit.hu.

  • the type and name of the equipment
  • serial number
  • problem description (error code, if any)
  • images, and video (if these can help).
Guarantee

The quality of our products is guaranteed by our manufacturers. The warranty period is 1-5 years, depending on the product. Please visit the product description for details.

If you have any issues with your purchase from Digit, please write an error report to service[at]digit.hu detailing the issue.

Right of withdrawal

Complaints

You can make a complaint about incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective items within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
